JAGGS set itself the goal of reaching total satisfaction among its customers. For this reason, we guarantee a tailor-made garment that brings you full satisfaction, beginning with your very first order.
Ulterior alterations
Whatever the reasons, we support all the alterations, and if this is necessary, we can go as far as starting over with the product.
These alterations lead to a modification of your pattern, which is kept in our workshop, and they will be automatically re-used for your next order.
These guarantees only cover the final measurements for your clothing item. Customisation options (e.g.: collar type) cannot be changed once your shirt enters production.
The guarantee period spans 90 days starting from the day your product is at your disposal in our shop.
