That’s quite simple, a dinner jacket comes with two collar types:

The shawl collar is a tuxedo collar which has neither notch nor point. It is the most common type of collar in tuxedo jackets. An effective classic.

The point collar, however, gives your outfit a lot of presence. Don’t not hesitate to select a wide collar. It is ideal with a double-breasted jacket.

Silk is a key element to tell apart tuxedos from tailor-made suits.

Sewn on the buttons, the slits of piped pockets and the collar, it asserts a certain presence.

We also advise you apply a silk braid on the flank of the dinner jacket trousers for more consistency.

Dinner jackets are often times black.

But how about going for midnight blue fabric for instance? This sort of contrast will exalt your outfit and make you stand out.

For your first order, allow fir 1 to 2 hours depending on the type of clothes, accounting for the size-up, the selection of fabrics and customisation.

A black tie is traditionally worn with a black or burgundy bow tie. But if you go for a more coloured fabric, you may very well select another among our broad collection or have it made to-measure.
