Consacr\u00e9e aux d\u00e9buts du couturier, alors anonyme (et sans catogan), elle est librement inspir\u00e9e du best-seller \u00ab\u00a0Kaiser Karl\u00a0\u00bb de Rapha\u00eblle Bacqu\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>

On s’attend \u00e0 y admirer son parcours dans l’univers f\u00e9roce de la haute couture. Et, bien \u00e9videmment, de somptueux costumes.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

Comme avant-go\u00fbt, Disney+ a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment un premier trailer et quelques infos. Ce qui a suffi \u00e0 nous faire guetter sa sortie.<\/span><\/i><\/p>

La s\u00e9rie d\u00e9bute en 1972 au moment du d\u00e9c\u00e8s de<\/span> Coco Chanel.<\/b> Karl g\u00e8re une marque de pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter. Il n’a pas encore l’aura qu’on lui conna\u00eet. C’est <\/span>Yves Saint-Laurent <\/b>qui r\u00e8gne alors dans le milieu de la mode.<\/span><\/p>

Notre h\u00e9ros va y <\/span>trouver sa place<\/b>, ce n’est pas un scoop.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

L\u2019histoire de Karl Lagerfeld, c\u2019est aussi celle de la mode. On s\u2019attend donc \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9bloui au niveau des costumes. D\u2019autant plus quand on conna\u00eet les <\/span>personnages singuliers<\/b> qui ont crois\u00e9 la route du styliste allemand.<\/span><\/p>

Andy Warhol (jou\u00e9 par Paul Spera), Marlene Dietrich (Sunnyi Melles) et les <\/span>grandes figures de la haute couture<\/b> de l\u2019\u00e9poque sont attendues au programme. Des identit\u00e9s fortes, aux styles uniques, qui nous font dire que, visuellement parlant, on ne risque pas de s\u2019ennuyer non plus.<\/span><\/p>

C’est l’acteur allemand (et polyglotte) <\/span>Daniel Br\u00fchl<\/b> (<\/span>Good Bye, Lenin!<\/span><\/i>) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu pour interpr\u00e9ter Karl avant Lagerfeld.<\/span><\/p>

Si <\/span>Alex Lutz <\/b>avait pourtant si bien <\/span>imit\u00e9 le couturier<\/span><\/a>, c’est pour le r\u00f4le de Pierre Berg\u00e9 qu’il a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi. \u00c0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, <\/span>Arnaud Valois<\/b> (<\/span>120 Battements par minute<\/span><\/i>) incarne Yves Saint-Laurent. Pour jouer Jacques de Bascher, le fameux amant, on retrouve<\/span> Th\u00e9odore Pellerin<\/b> (<\/span>Beau Is Afraid<\/span><\/i>).<\/span><\/p>

Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des personnages f\u00e9minins, la distribution de <\/span>Becoming Karl Lagerfeld<\/span><\/i> est tout aussi int\u00e9ressante.<\/span><\/p>

Agn\u00e8s Jaoui <\/b>(C\u00e9sar d’honneur 2024) appara\u00eet dans la peau de Gabrielle Aghion (fondatrice de la Maison Chlo\u00e9).
